About the Series
A human being is not a resource. A human being is a human being. Western management sciences, rooted in capitalist values, present humans and employees as resources—like money, machinery, and vehicles. This does not align with the honor God has bestowed upon humanity and our creation in the finest form.
This is where the concept of Human Leadership for Human Resources emerged. Our use of the term "resources" is not a repetition of the same mistake, but rather an acknowledgment of terminology that has become widely accepted among people.
In these meetings and podcasts, we explore every theory or hypothesis that seeks to honor humanity, whether these theories stem from religious sources of any faith, or from initiatives in Western or Eastern sciences.
